Business Analyst

VISTECH, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for business analyst to fill immediate openings

The Business Analyst is required to understand basic to complex business issues and contribute to software systems development projects by translating business needs into understandable requirements. Business Analysis staff participates in the development and management of project plans related to the application development initiatives, from project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance. Business Analysis staff also supports test plan development and testing of software as well as client support and consultation for information technology issues.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst position include defining business requirements or processes, preparing business requirements documentation, preparing functional system specifications, documenting use case scenarios, developing and/or executing test plans, and performing gap analysis.

We are looking for an individual that possesses the following qualities:

• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate clear documents that specify functional requirements of an IT project.
• Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other standard windows software.
• Experience with financial services is a plus.
