Greg Smith

Greg Smith is the only VTI member that can put Rocket Scientist next to his name—Greg graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. This seemed like the expected direction for someone who excelled in science and math, but fortunately for us, Greg chose a different career path when he accepted a job as a computer programmer and eventually co-founded VISTECH.

Greg wears many hats. He is our Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and the Head of the Life Sciences Division which services clients like Pfizer.

Greg is blissfully married to Lynda and their family includes an eight–year-old brownie, Emily, and a six-year-old cub scout, Ben. When Greg isn’t busy building Pinewood Derby cars, watching Emily and Ben play basketball, or avoiding household renovations, he is searching for tickets to a Penn State sporting event…and waiting patiently for the day that Ben attends Penn State and becomes the star linebacker for the Nitney Lions, still coached by Joe Paterno.
