Ensure your device’s Wi-Fi is turned on and you’re trying to connect to the correct network. If everything looks good, restart your device and try again. Check if other devices can connect. If not, contact your IT department to check for network issues.

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete and selecting Task Manager to end unresponsive programs. If that doesn’t work, perform a hard reset of your computer by holding down the power button for around 25 seconds until the computer shuts off completely, then restart it.
Check the back of your computer and ensure all cables are securely connected. Try a different power outlet. If using a laptop, ensure the battery is charged. If the problem persists, contact IT support for hardware diagnostics.
Ensure your software is up to date. Also check if your computer hardware does not have enough resources to run the program. Reinstall the software if necessary and contact IT support if the issue continues.
Often people forget that they may have downloaded lots of files from the internet, and normally they do not need to be saved long term. Be sure to check your downloads folder for large files you might not need any more. Also be sure to empty your Recycle Bin! Files aren’t deleted to make space until you empty that out.
If you are connected to the internet just fine but everything is slow, first start by rebooting your computer to ensure there is no problem there. After that the next step is to reboot your Router and Modem. Start by turning both off completely by un-plugging for at least one minute. Next start with your modem, turn it back on and allow it to sit for at least 4 to 5 minutes to establish a connection with your internet service provider. Then turn your router back on and give it another 4 to 5 minutes before testing your internet speeds again. If the issue persists, it may be time to talk to your IT team about replacing your network gear.
